Hot Sculpt Glasgow
Hot Sculpt at The Holistic Warehouse is available in our Clydebank, Dalmarnock and Tradeston studios.
In an infrared-heated room, this class blends strength-based sculpting, low-impact cardio and core-driven movement.
Using a range of props, the instructors draw on Pilates, strength training and mindful movement.
This unique approach builds functional strength, supports mobility and leaves you feeling stronger, more energised and more centred.
What is Hot Sculpt?
Hot Sculpt is a heated strength-and-conditioning class with a playful, high-energy, low-impact feel.
It combines controlled, Pilates-inspired movement with a higher heart rate, creating a workout that is both challenging and grounded.
Expect simple, functional exercises with intentional layering throughout the class.
The focus is not on frantic cardio - it’s about sustained movement, building strength over time and an invigorating full-body burn.
What to expect from Hot Sculpt
Each class is designed as a journey.
You will begin with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body for the session.
From there, the class builds into a heart-rate raiser, often with a strong focus on your core, before moving into full-body combinations that build strength, coordination and control.
There is plenty of time spent off the mat too. You will combine lower-body work, such as lunges, squats and glute-focused variations, with upper-body conditioning and core finishers.
The class then softens into a cool-down with static stretches and a short meditation.
The result is a workout that feels strong, sweaty and uplifting.
Why try Hot Sculpt?
Hot Sculpt is ideal if you want a class that feels energising, empowering and low-impact.
It can help you:
build functional full-body strength
support mobility and coordination
challenge your core
raise your heart rate without high-impact movement
feel stronger and more confident
As classes build on familiar movement patterns over time, Hot Sculpt also gives you the chance to grow in confidence, improve your technique and feel your strength develop week by week.
A class shaped by energy, rhythm and flow
Hot Sculpt is as much about atmosphere as it is about structure.
The energy is high, playful and music-led, with much of the class taught to the beat.
Musicality helps create momentum and rhythm. Sequencing keeps the class feeling focused and well held from beginning to end.
We’ve designed this class to challenge you - but don’t worry, we also carry you through it.
Is Hot Sculpt for beginners?
Hot Sculpt can suit a wide range of abilities.
It is ideal if you enjoy strength-based movement and want a class with more energy than traditional mat work.
If you are new to heated classes, it’s important you bring a towel, pace yourself, drink water and give your body time to adjust to the temperature.
The heat adds intensity, but the movements themselves are grounded in control, alignment and functional strength.
