Our Reformer Pilates classes in our Tradeston studio use advanced Align reformer equipment to strengthen and realign the whole body, supporting better posture, stability and lasting energy.

Our Hot Mat Pilates classes in our Tradeston studio take place in an infrared-heated room, using heat and controlled movement to deepen strength, flexibility and mental focus.

This full-body session combines resistance sculpting, low-impact cardio, and core work in an infrared heated studio at 38–45°.
Using simple props, it draws on Pilates, strength training, and mindful movement to build functional strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling strong and energised.

Hot Yoga classes in Tradeston follow breath-led flows in an infrared-heated studio, helping you develop strength, length and a greater sense of ease and awareness.

Grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates, for safety and stability. If you don’t have a pair, you can buy them at reception.
For heated classes (Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre), bring a towel and water. Studio temperatures typically range from 35–40°C.
All mats are provided.

Yes. The Reformer Pilates timetable includes options for both beginners and more experienced movers. Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Barre, Hot Yoga and Sculpt classes are open to all levels.
