Our Reformer Pilates classes in our Clydebank studio use advanced Align reformer equipment to strengthen and realign the whole body, supporting better posture, stability and lasting energy.
Our Hot Mat Pilates classes in our Clydebank studio take place in an infrared-heated room, using heat and controlled movement to deepen strength, flexibility and mental focus.
This full-body class blends resistance work, gentle cardio, and core training in an infrared heated studio at 38–45°.
With simple equipment, it takes cues from Pilates, strength training, and mindful movement to develop strength, increase mobility, and leave you feeling energised.
Our Hot Barre classes in our Clydebank studio combine ballet-inspired movement, Pilates and strength work in an infrared-heated studio to sculpt, energise, and build endurance through low-impact intensity.
Our Hot Yoga classes in our Clydebank studio use breath-led flow in an infrared-heated space to build strength, lengthen the body, and encourage ease and awareness.
Our Spin classes in our Clydebank studio combine rhythm-driven cycling with instructor guidance delivered through headsets, creating a focused, high-energy ride from start to finish.

For Reformer Pilates - safety, grip socks must be worn. They can be purchased at the desk if needed.
For hot classes - Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre - please bring a towel and water, as the studios are heated to 35–40°C.
Mats are provided.
Yes. We offer Reformer Pilates classes for both beginners and experienced clients, and all levels are welcome in Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Barre, Hot Yoga and Spin.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class to relax and refocus.
If you join the waitlist, you may be added to the class up to two hours before it starts.
