In our Reformer Pilates classes, we use state-of-the-art Align Reformer Beds - a spring-loaded carriage system - to build strength, balance and control.
Our top-level teachers and equipment will help you find stability, fluidity and poise, which suits all levels, from complete beginners to experienced movers.

Is Reformer Pilates suitable for beginners?
Yes. Our Reformer Pilates classes in Clydebank and Dalmarnock are open to all levels. Teachers explain each movement clearly, offer modifications and help you build confidence and strength at your own pace.
What should I wear to a Reformer Pilates class?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene — they help you stay stable on the Reformer and protect the equipment. You don’t need shoes during class.
Do you offer Reformer Pilates in both Glasgow locations?
Yes. Reformer Pilates is available at both our Clydebank studio (11 North Avenue, G81 2QP) and our Dalmarnock studio (141–147 Reid Street, G40 4EN). Each studio has reformer beds, changing areas and on-site parking.
How do I book a Reformer Pilates class?
You can book online through our website’s Book button. Choose your preferred studio, class time and instructor. We recommend booking ahead as classes often fill quickly.
Is parking available at the studios?
Yes. Both studios have free on-site parking for clients. Clydebank has spaces directly outside the entrance, and Dalmarnock has parking in the shared forecourt area.
