For Reformer Pilates, grip socks are required for safety and stability. If you don’t already have a pair, they’re available to purchase at reception.
For heated classes — Mat Pilates, Yoga and Barre — please bring a towel and water, as studio temperatures typically range between 35–40°C.
All mats are provided.
Yes. Our Reformer Pilates timetable includes options for both beginners and more experienced movers. Hot Mat Pilates, Hot Barre, Hot Yoga and Spin classes are open to all levels.
We suggest arriving around 10 minutes before your class begins to settle in and prepare.
Yes. If you add yourself to a waitlist, a place may become available up to two hours before the class start time.
