Why choose US FOR YOGA?
Across our three Glasgow studios, we offer yoga that is made for your whole being:
Hot Yoga for strength and focus in infrared heat
Ashtanga Yoga for structured, breath-led flow
Yin, Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing for slower, restorative sessions
All classes welcome beginners and experienced practitioners.
Our studios are calm, thoughtfully designed spaces that support presence and attention. Here, you can step away from distraction and return to breath, body and mind.
Our certified instructors guide with care and clarity, helping you practise safely and with purpose. You will also become part of a supportive community that encourages consistency, connection and steady growth.
OUR YOGA STYLES
Our approach balances heat, discipline and restoration.
-
Hot Yoga is one of our most popular classes. Practised in infrared heat (38–45°C), it combines dynamic, breath-led movement with focused attention. The heat deepens the practice, building strength, flexibility and concentration.
Research suggests hot yoga can improve circulation and mobility while supporting mood and stress reduction.
We use infrared heating rather than convection heaters, creating a consistent warmth that enhances comfort and performance.
Our certified instructors welcome all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

Hot Yoga classes in our Glasgow studios > -
Unlike Hot Yoga’s heat-based flow, Ashtanga follows a structured sequence of postures. The repetition builds strength, stamina and concentration through steady, breath-led movement.
Our qualified instructors provide individual guidance to refine technique and develop awareness.
Ashtanga suits those who value discipline, progression and a physically demanding practice.
-
Unlike the intensity of Hot Yoga or the structured progression of Ashtanga, this practice is slower and restorative.
The session begins with Yin Yoga, where long-held, floor-based postures target deep connective tissue. The stillness encourages release, improves mobility and supports nervous system regulation.
It then moves into Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation practised lying down. This structured rest promotes deep relaxation while maintaining quiet awareness.
We conclude with Sound Healing, using resonant bowls to create steady, grounding vibration. Together, these elements support recovery, reduce stress and restore balance.
This 90-minute class runs on one selected Sunday each month and suits those seeking rest, reset and a restorative complement to dynamic practice.
