Say hello to your Glasgow Hot Yoga home - The Holistic Warehouse

Passionate about yoga? Enjoy the heat? Then you’ll feel at home in our Hot Yoga classes. Here, warmth, breath and movement flow together. Improving your balance, building your strength and refreshing your spirit.

Join our thriving community in Glasgow's East End (Dalmarnock) and West End (Clydebank).

In our classes, infrared heat (38–45°) creates the perfect conditions to deepen your practice, flexibility and flow.

In this mindful space, every yoga flow becomes a moving meditation. Breath connects with motion. Muscles strengthen. The mind becomes calm. At the same time, the heat encourages circulation, motion and stress release.

Hot Yoga at The Holistic Warehouse is more than a workout. It’s a chance to reconnect with your breath, restore balance and reset your body/mind.

Our Hot Yoga classes are made for your whole being.

OUR SCHEDULE

What Is Hot YOGA?

Hot Yoga blends mindful movement with the restorative benefits of infrared heat. Practising in a hot room (around 38–45°), connects breath with motion, strength with flexibility, body with mind.

The heat also brings other benefits. It helps release tension, deepen stretches and improve circulation. Letting your body flow with focus and fluidity.

Research suggests that yoga can reduce stress, improve mood and support physical health. And the added heat can encourage detoxification and recovery.

Each session replenishes from the inside out. Restoring balance, clarity and confidence, your energy lifts, helping you find peace

HOT YOGA VS. TRADITIONAL YOGA

Both yoga flow and traditional yoga share the same foundations. Mindful movement. Awareness of breath. Inner poise.

The difference lies in the rhythm and the heat.

In yoga flow, you move from one posture to another. This process creates a dynamic sequence that feels like meditation in motion.

In our Hot Yoga classes, this same flow unfolds in a warm infrared environment (around 38–45°).

The heat enhances focus, flexibility and circulation. Helping you move deeper into each pose while easing tension from the body and mind.

Traditional styles such as Hatha Yoga tend to move at a slower pace. They focus on individual postures and alignment.

Hot Yoga, by contrast, encourages continuous movement and breath. This boosts internal heat while the external warmth builds strength, endurance and release.

Both practices cultivate mindfulness and balance. Yet, Hot Yoga offers more. It is an energising, detoxifying experience. It will challenge and restore your body in equal measure.

At The Holistic Warehouse, we see both as pathways to wholeness. One is gentle and grounding, the other fluid and invigorating.

We invite you to reconnect with yourself, one breath at a time, at our Hot Yoga classes in both our Glasgow studios.
